The brand operating system for MENAT enterprise.

Strategy, campaigns, creative and market intelligence run in one place, in Arabic and English. Agents do the work, your brand rules check every draft, and you approve what ships — with a record of who approved what.

Who it is for

Six people answer for the brand. Most of them see it after it ships.

Work ships from several teams and a few agencies, and the first time most of this list sees it, it is already live.

What you get

Six things that stop brand work going wrong.

Six workspaces, one set of rules, and a record underneath all of it. You write the brief and decide what ships.

Arabic written, not translated

Each language is written to the brief, not rendered from the other — so the Arabic line below is not the English one translated. Arabic is never letter-spaced, verbs mirror exactly (Approve is اعتماد everywhere it appears), and no Arabic surface ships without native MENAT review.

One brief, two lines

A season built to last.

الأصالة لا تُستعجل.

Checked before you see it

Every draft is read against your rules before it reaches you. Each finding names the rule it broke and the edit that clears it, so you review three lines instead of three pages. Agents never approve their own work.

Your rules in one place

Palette, type, voice and claims live in one versioned document instead of a PDF nobody opens. Change a rule once and every draft after it follows the new version.

Every size, composed

One approval produces the story, the post, the billboard and the deck. Each is composed for its own shape — the headline re-set, the logo given its clear space — not cropped from the same master.

Six workspaces

Strategy Studio for positioning, Content Engine for campaigns, Creative Lab for concepts, Intel Desk for market signals, Brand Guard for the check, Open Canvas for decks and documents. Separate workspaces, one set of rules.

Nothing ships unapproved

Nothing ships without a named person approving it. Claims carry citations, and a field with no source becomes a named gap rather than an invention. When someone asks why a campaign ran, the answer is a record rather than a recollection.

How it works

From brief to approved, without leaving one page.

The brief, the drafts, the check and your decision all stay in one place — so nobody has to assemble the record afterwards.

01

Write the brief

A sentence or two, in either language. Your brand rules are attached automatically.

02

Agents draft

Arabic and English together, ranked against the work you have approved before.

03

Brand Guard checks it

Every draft is read against your rules. Each finding names the rule it broke and the edit that clears it.

04

You decide

Approve it, or send it back with a note. Your name goes on the record either way, and it can be undone.

Brand Guard

Every check tells you what to change.

Not a score, not a flag. Each finding names the rule it broke, how serious it is, and the edit that clears it.

Every size composed on its own. Every size checked on its own.

A billboard is not a wide story. Each size is composed for its own shape — the headline re-set, the logo given its clear space, the Arabic re-laid — and each one is checked on its own before it leaves.

الأصالة لا تُستعجل. الافتتاح ١٤ مارس.

    37 / 70

Arabic SMS is counted in UCS-2, which halves the ceiling to 70. A line written for the English limit does not survive the Arabic one, so both are written rather than one being cut down.

Same photograph, same headline, same logo. The story stacks it low and leaves the top third for the platform's own chrome; the billboard sets it on one line at reading distance; the profile drops the sentence entirely, because at that size nobody reads one.

Getting started

Your brand book becomes a working system in under an hour.

You do not start over, and there is no workshop series. NeoIQ reads the guidelines you already have and turns them into rules the agents work from. Gaps are named rather than filled with inventions.

How it is governed

What your security team will ask, answered here.

Identity, access and audit are how the product works rather than an enterprise tier added later. Some of what procurement asks for does not exist yet, and that is stated below rather than left for the second call.

Single sign-on and roles

OIDC and SAML 2.0 with domain verification and SCIM provisioning. Six built-in roles plus custom roles and access groups.

An audit log that names people

Every rule change, check and shipped output carries the person who approved it. An override needs a written reason, logged with a name.

Your model keys, if you want

Bring your own keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, Azure or AWS. Usage on your keys does not count against plan limits.

Costs you can cap

Seats plus metered usage. Six things are metered, thresholds warn at 80%, and you set a monthly overage cap in USD. The breakdown exports as CSV.
